How to solve it
  • Go to STORE LIST and select the store reported

  • Go to RELATED TAB - STORE - RECEIPT PRINTING

  • Check Text Top and Bottom. Case blank, ask to the customer about what text need to include

  • Check if Text Max. Length and No. of Top/Bottom Lines is according to the text provide for the customer.
