Below is a situation that has been identified in LS and shows how it can be resolved.
 
Identified Situation
  • After the go live the barcode printing process was working and now it is not
How to solve it
  • Go to POS TERMINAL LIST

  • Select the Reported POS Terminal and go to PRINTING TAB

  • Check if Slip if Return = All Returns
  • Check if Receipt Barcode is Enabled
  • Check if Receipt Barcode ID is Asigned
  • Check if Print Receipt BC Type was selected
