User Story NameCommission for Service Technicians
OverviewWe have made a change to be able to manage technicians' commissions, calculated as a percentage of the profit from services rendered (labor) and parts used. It is crucial to be clear about the cost of the service and parts in order to correctly calculate the profit. In addition, certain services and parts must be excluded from generating commissions, and services performed to solve problems resulting from previous work by GMC technicians must also not generate commissions; in turn, we seek to ensure clear and fair management of commissions for technicians, improving transparency and team motivation.
 
How to Use itIn order to use this feature, you must validate that you can mark products so that the commission calculation does not apply, then you must validate that the product indicates the cost (within the product this cost can be indicated), you must validate that in the cases you can mark the case as a guarantee, validate that in the service activities I can mark the service activity that I can mark as a service error. You must also validate that the system calculates the technicians' commission correctly, taking into account whether or not it is a service error. Finally, you must validate that if the commission rule is configured as Profit, then the system uses profit (price, list - cost) to calculate the commission.
