User Story NameProject Follow Up Functionality
OverviewThis feature adds a tab to the project where the project's pending tasks can be managed. Sometimes, pending tasks are identified with the clients in order to go live or even pending tasks after the go live. This management can be consulted in the client portal and the client can interact through observations on the project's follow-ups.
How to Use it  

 A  tab called “Project Follow Up” will appear in the project. 

 


 
 
In this subgrid you can create all the follow-ups related to the case, with the following fields: 
  
  • Code: Self-generated code of the record 
  •  Name: Name of the project follow up 
  • Description: Description of the follow up 
  • Platform: Platform that impacts the follow up 
  • Classification: 
  • Is Internal?: If the follow up was created due to an internal or client need 
  • Assigned To: Internal user who requested the project follow up 
  • Assigned To: Client contact who requested the project follow up 
  • Origin: Where the project follow up was created 
  • Observations: Observations related to the project follow up 
 

 
Additionally, the project follow up record has an observations tab where you can interact with the client through the client portal, since the client can see the project follow up of their project and see and add observations to the project follow up. 
 
 
 
On the other hand, in the client portal, the client in the projects section will be able to consult the project follow-ups related to the project. 
 
 
 
 
The client can see the observations related to each project follow up and can view and create the observations
