[NF] -Service time calculation by booking status history

 

 

The following describes a functionality that is implemented in the system.

User Story Name	Calculate the Real Execution Time of Booked Services
Overview	At the end of a service activity, the "Quantity" field in the service activity product linked to the booking is updated. This value is calculated as the total execution time of the booking, excluding non-billable time.
How to Use it	In the Asset Management app, create a service activity for a case. Schedule the activity for the current user. Using the mobile app, start the service activity by pressing the Start Service button. Wait approximately 5 minutes to observe the time difference in the logs. Change the sub-status of the service activity to Traveling and wait a couple of minutes. Change the sub-status to Break and wait a couple of minutes. Change the sub-status to In Progress and wait a couple of minutes. End the service activity using the End Services button. In the Products section of the service activity, a product associated with the current user will be created. Its Quantity field will reflect the total billable time invested in the service activity, calculated as the start and end times minus the non-billable periods.
