| User Story Name | Configure Reminder Notifications for “Waiting for Details” Cases |
| Overview | The objective of this user story is to allow, within the case classification configuration, to define whether or not the sending of reminder notifications applies when the case is in the "Waiting for Details" status, so that the daily recurring process only considers cases whose classification is configured to send said reminder. |
| How to Use it | Case Typification Configuration: The administrator or user with advanced permissions can define, in the configuration of each case typification, whether "Waiting for Details" reminders should be sent. This will be set through a Boolean field (Yes/No).
Execution of the Recurring Process (Daily): Each day, the automatic process that reviews cases in the "Waiting for Details" status will only evaluate those whose typifications is configured to apply the reminder. Cases with typifications where the notification does not apply will be excluded from being sent.
Sending Notifications: If a case meets the conditions (status = Waiting for Details and typification = Reminder Applies), the owner or manager will receive the reminder notification. The content and format of the notification will follow the current model, with no changes to the template. |
