| Overview | An enhancement was implemented in the Opportunities entity that allows sales users to view not only the last closed activity but also the next scheduled activity, providing greater control and visibility over follow-ups, assigned owners, and the dates of upcoming actions associated with each opportunity. |
| How to Use it | To use this functionality, open a record from the Opportunity entity and select the Activities tab. In the Activity Management History section, where the historical record of activities is displayed, the system now shows a new section called “Next Scheduled Activity.” This section displays information about the next scheduled activity associated with the opportunity. |
