User Story NameThreaded Comments in Case Form
OverviewWe introduced a new threaded comment experience in the Case form. Users can now organize conversations more clearly by replying directly to existing comments. Replies are displayed visually under their parent comment, making it easier to follow discussions and understand the context of each interaction.
How to Use it
  1. Open any Case and go to the Comments section.
  2. Click + New Comment to add a general comment to the Case.
  3. To respond to a specific comment, use the Reply option shown under that comment.
  4. All replies appear grouped beneath the comment they relate to, keeping the conversation structured and easy to read.
