User Story NameAllow Contacts and Accounts Without Email While Enforcing at Least One Contact Method
OverviewThe validation rules for Contacts and Accounts have been enhanced to provide greater flexibility when registering records. Email is no longer mandatory in all scenarios, allowing records to be created and maintained even when an email address is not available, while still ensuring a minimum standard of contactability.
How to Use it

When creating or updating a Contact or Account, the system now requires at least one contact method to be provided.

Email remains the preferred option; however, users may also enter a Phone or Business Phone number to meet the validation requirement.

No additional configuration or user action is required.
