User Story NameCase Assignment Notifications via App Notifications and Microsoft Teams
OverviewThis feature adds automatic notifications when a Case is assigned to a user, sending both an in-app notification and an Microsoft Teams message with a direct link to the Case, ensuring timely awareness and faster case handling.
How to Use it

When a Case is assigned to a user:

  1. The user receives an App Notification in Dynamics 365 with a message indicating that the Case has been assigned.

  2. If Microsoft Teams notifications are enabled, the user also receives a Teams message.

  3. The notification includes an action button that opens the assigned Case directly.

  4. The user can click the link and immediately begin managing the Case.

No additional user action is required beyond normal Case assignment.
