Overview

A new pie chart visualization has been added to provide supervisors and service managers with a real-time overview of how Cases are distributed by Case Status.

Previously, this information was only accessible through lists or reports, which made it harder to quickly understand workload distribution and identify operational bottlenecks. With this enhancement, users can now instantly visualize the current state of case handling directly from the Cases entity.

This improvement supports faster decision-making and better operational control by offering a clear picture of service performance at a glance.

How to Use it
  1. Go to the Cases section in the application.
  2. Open the view that includes the Cases by Status chart (or access the dashboard where the chart is displayed).
  3. Review the pie chart to understand how cases are currently distributed across statuses (for example: New, In Progress, On Hold, Resolved, etc.).
  4. Use this information to:
    • Detect overloaded stages in the process
    • Identify potential delays or bottlenecks
    • Rebalance workload across the team
    • Monitor overall operational health in real time

This chart is designed especially for supervisors and service managers who need a quick, visual summary of case activity to support daily operational decisions.
