| Overview | A recurring process was implemented to automatically send customer satisfaction surveys every 2 months. The system identifies eligible accounts (active, flagged as customer, with at least one active project) and sends a Customer Voice survey to each account's Primary Contact. The process is controlled by the system parameter ENABLECUSTOMERSATISFACTIONSURVEY (YES/NO), allowing each PACE/PABS client to enable or disable the functionality independently.

| How to Use it | To enable the survey process, set the system parameter ENABLECUSTOMERSATISFACTIONSURVEY to YES. To disable it, set it to NO. The survey URL can be updated in the parameter CUSTOMERSATISFACTIONSURVEYURL if the survey is recreated or changed. Once enabled, no further action is required — the process runs automatically every 2 months and sends the survey to all eligible customers. Accounts without a Primary Contact or without a valid email are skipped without error.
