OverviewThis update introduces a comprehensive "Customer 360" view directly within the Account form. It provides a real-time, consolidated dashboard that aggregates financial data (invoices and aging), project performance (contracted vs. consumed hours), customer support status (active cases and response times), and sales pipeline opportunities. This tool eliminates the need for manual navigation between related entities, offering proactive insights and visual analytics to improve decision-making and client management.
How to Use it
  1. Access: Open any Account record and navigate to the "360 View" tab/section.
  2. Overview: Monitor top-level KPIs such as "Total Outstanding balance" and "Active Projects" at a glance.
  3. Detailed Analysis: Click on any section title (e.g., "Billing" or "Projects") or specific KPI cards to open a detailed list view in a popup window. You can filter and sort these lists directly within the modal.
  4. Visualize Trends: Review the bar charts for "Payment Trends" and "Project Hours" to identify historical patterns or consumption risks.
  5. Reporting: Use the "Export PDF" button at the top right to save or print a clean, professional summary of the customer's status for internal meetings or client reviews.
