User Story NameOPT Sales Pipeline Dashboard
OverviewA new Sales Pipeline Dashboard is now available inside Dynamics 365. It gives sales reps and managers a real-time view of the full pipeline — from the first contact with a lead all the way to a closed sale — without leaving the CRM or running manual reports.
How to Use it
  • Open the dashboard from the OPT Sales app in your D365 navigation menu
  • My Deals — see only your own active deals organized by stage, review what's due today, and browse all your pending activities
  • Organization — see the full team's pipeline, who's leading in value, which deals are at risk of stalling, and what's expected to close this month
  • Click any deal card to open the record directly in D365
  • Use Export PDF to save or share a snapshot of the current view
