The following describes a functionality that is implemented in the system.

Overview	Portal users are now proactively notified of an approved, upcoming go-live for their account through a banner and a modal that show the project, the go-live date, and a countdown. It appears within the configured lead-time window so customers can prepare ahead of the launch, with no action required on their part.
How to Use it	Sign in to the customer portal. When your account has an approved, upcoming go-live within its lead-time window, a banner appears on every page with the project, date, and countdown. Click "View detail" (or the auto-opening modal) to see all upcoming go-lives for your account. Dismiss the banner for the session; it reappears at the next sign-in or when a closer go-live comes up.
