Overview	The summary adds a Recent Activity section with the comment thread anchored to the project (read and optionally post), reusing the case-comments pattern.
How to Use it	Open a project's Summary. The Recent Activity section shows the comment thread anchored to the project; read and, where enabled, post a comment.
